History
In 2000, The Rock Bottom Foundation was founded to provide a way to channel
the Corporation’s abundant giving, encourage and facilitate community
service programs, and assist employees who experience hardships. Old Chicago
Foundation, ChopHouse Foundation and Rock Bottom Foundation are all the
same entity, with a common mission of addressing Hunger and supporting
teammates in crisis.
A strong part of our culture, the Foundation embodies the
spirit of making a difference in the lives of others. It is an integral
part of our culture, it sets us apart and makes us unique in our industry.
