service and a moderately priced menu with a variety of items for lunch and
dinner. In addition to the ever-so-popular Chicago style, deep-dish pizzas, Old
Chicago features thin crust and stuffed crust pizzas with made-from-scratch
dough, pastas, calzones, salads, burgers and sandwiches, all made with fresh

The Walnut Brewery, Boulder's original brewpub, opened its doors on Walnut
Street in Boulder, CO in 1990 with the promise of bringing guests great
handcrafted beer, brewed on site and brewery fare with an upscale twist of
originality and comfort. Today the Walnut continues to offer its great
selection of fresh beer and enticing food, all in an atmosphere that brings
friends and family together to celebrate and share the good things in life. In
its historic building, that once was a blacksmith shop in the late 1800's, the
