| Frank Day created the Old Chicago concept in 1976, the Rock Bottom Brewery concept in 1990 and the Chop House concept in 1995. Mr. Day led the Company through an IPO in 1994 and since then has served as the Company's Chairman of the Board. Mr. Day was also instrumental in leading the Company through a private transaction in 1999, in forming the Company’s franchising entity in 2000, in creating the Rock Bottom Foundation in 2001, and in the Company’s acquisition of Boulder Beer, Inc. in 2002. In 2008, Mr. Day assumed his current role as President and CEO, concurrent with serving as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Day has 50 years of entrepreneurial experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. In addition to the Company's 144 restaurants, Mr. Day has ownership interests in Concepts Restaurants, Inc. two hotels and several other businesses. | Gary B. Foreman | ||
| Executive Vice President & Senior Vice President - Old Chicago Group | ||
| Gary Foreman was appointed Executive Vice President of Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. in 2010 and concurrently serves as Senior Vice President of the Old Chicago Division (a post he was appointed to in 2003). Mr. Foreman joined the Company in 1976 as the opening Kitchen Manager of the first Old Chicago restaurant (Boulder) and in 1978 invested as a partner in the business. He has acted to develop and direct the OC Concept for almost all of its 34 year history serving as General Manager, Managing Partner, Regional Manager, Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President since its inception. He served as Old Chicago Vice President of Concept Development from 1997 to 1998. He was promoted to Vice President of Concept Development for all brands of Rock Bottom Restaurants in 1998 and promoted to Senior Vice President of Concept Development in 2001. Additionally, Mr. Foreman is Chairman of the Board of the Rock Bottom Foundation. Mr. Foreman attended South Dakota State University and the University of Colorado. | ![]() |

| Brian Armstrong is the CFO & Senior Vice President of Corporate Performance Management at Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. and is responsible for the Company’s shared services. He joined the Company in 2005 as Vice President of Finance at the conclusion of a margin improvement program and later became Vice President of Corporate Performance Management and Strategy. Mr. Armstrong began his career in public accounting with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and subsequently joined their Emerging Markets Group where he focused on pre-privatization and post-acquisition operational and financial restructuring efforts of companies around the world. He has 20 years of experience in business and operational strategy, corporate performance management and analytics, business process optimization, and financial turnaround. He currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Rock Bottom Foundation. Mr. Armstrong holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from The Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. | ![]() |

| Tom Moxcey was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations for the Brewery Group in 2009. Mr. Moxcey has more than 40 years of restaurant experience and has extensive background in developing new concepts. He spent several years with Cork ‘N Cleaver, Chart House leaving as President of the Cork ‘N Cleaver Division in 1985. Tom then joined Village Inn as Vice President of Operations. In 1990 he joined Frank Day and before leaving his post as CEO in 1997, he helped grow the Company from 5 Old Chicago restaurants to more than 70 Old Chicago, Rock Bottom and Chop House locations. Prior to returning to the Company in 2008, Mr. Moxcey most recently was responsible for developing the Elway’s restaurant concept. Mr. Moxcey holds a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado. | ![]() |

| Buck Warfield was appointed Senior Vice President of Development and of Old Chicago Franchising Corporation in 2003. He most recently served as Vice President of Old Chicago Franchising Corporation from 2002 until 2003. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Warfield served first as Regional Director of Operations and then Regional Vice President of Operations for Darden Restaurants, Inc. Mr. Warfield was Vice President for The Basic Food Group from 1997 to 1998. He was a member of the Company's Brewery Group from 1991 until 1997, serving at various times as Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Concept Development. Mr. Warfield currently serves on the Board of the Old Chicago Franchise Corporation. He attended the University of Cincinnati. | ![]() |

| Ted Williams was appointed to Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Interim Executive Director of the Rock Bottom Foundation in 2009. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Operations for the Brewery Group from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Williams has held various management positions with the Company over the past 20 years. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2001 and oversaw both the Brewery and Old Chicago divisions. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President of the Old Chicago Group from 1999 to 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he served first as Director of Operations and then as Vice President for Old Chicago Group. Mr. Williams joined the Company in 1982 as a restaurant General Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in 1990 and Director of Training in 1995. Mr. Williams holds a B.
